Step 1
Book a Discovery Call
This is our first step—a phone call or Zoom meeting where we get to know each other. We’ll discuss your vision for the project, outline our construction process, and review budgets and timelines.
Step 2
On-Site Design Visit
We’ll meet you at the project site to assess the space. During this visit, we’ll evaluate elevations, access points, and the overall layout. A deposit request will be sent prior to this meeting. Here, we’ll take all necessary measurements to begin creating your 2D or 3D design.
Step 3
The Design Presentation
We’ll schedule an in-person or Zoom meeting to review the initial design plan. This is where we dive into the project details, share our ideas, and gather your feedback to ensure the design aligns with your vision.
Step 4
Legal & Scheduling
Once the design is approved, we’ll provide a contract and request a construction deposit to secure your spot on our installation calendar. This finalizes the planning phase and sets the stage for construction to begin.
Step 5
Construction Begins!
Our skilled team at Bluegrass kicks off construction, bringing to life the design we’ve collaboratively developed. This is where your vision starts taking shape!
Step 6
Final Walkthrough
Once the project is complete, Bluegrass will conduct a final walkthrough with you, the client. We’ll address any questions you may have and ensure everything meets your expectations. With that, the project is officially finished—ready for you to enjoy your new outdoor space!
